How long will it take my order to arrive if I select the “Express Delivery” option?

It usually takes 1-4 days to prepare your order for dispatch. From the dispatch date, it generally takes 5-7 business days (M-F)  for your order to arrive. 

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond control such as customs holds, inclement weather, or high volumes of mail in a courier’s system may cause a slight delay in arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will it take my order to arrive if I select the “Standard Delivery” option? 

It usually takes 2-4 days to prepare your order for dispatch. From the dispatch date, it generally takes 10-14 business days (M-F) for your order to arrive. 

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond control such as customs holds, inclement weather, or high volumes of mail in a courier’s system may cause a slight delay in arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I received a notice that I have to pay import fees to receive my order. Why is this?

For all orders shipped with Standard Delivery, please note that the recipient may have to pay import taxes or other fees, in accordance with our Sales Terms.

All Express orders to the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia are shipped out with duties paid in advance. For Express orders dispatched to South America, Africa, and other countries, recipients may have to pay import duties in some cases, even if the order is placed with Express shipping. In certain circumstances and in specific regions, other fees such as inspection fees, residential delivery fees, and remote area surcharges may also be billed to the recipient. Since this is out of our control, we recommend that you check with your local courier offices to verify if you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees.

I don’t have my order within the delivery time listed. Where is it?

We’re so sorry about that! Sometimes the courier can have a slight delay in the delivery process due to weather, high volumes of packages being delivered, and other reasons. Please feel free to contact our customer service by emailing us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to look into your delivery.

Remember to always check your online tracking link first. If insufficient information is provided on the tracking page, feel free to contact us before contacting the courier, bank or any other provider. 

My online tracking states that my order was delivered, but I can’t find it!

Please check around your front door and your mailbox to see if you can find your order. If you have any housemates, please check with them to see if they may have received your parcel. You may also try contacting your local post office directly by phone to see if they happen to be holding it there, which can occasionally happen. If you can’t find your order, please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will promptly look into this for you.

My tracking number isn’t working! Help!

We’re sorry that your tracking number isn’t working! Sometimes it can take a few days for the number to register in the online tracking system. If your online tracking number still doesn’t work after 2-3 days from the date  you received your shipping confirmation, please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will promptly assist you!

How much will the cost of shipping be?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your order, the country of delivery, and the shipping method you select. If you would like a quote on shipping costs, please put the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart on our website, and go through the checkout process. You will be able to select the shipping method and view the shipping cost before you make a payment.
