Can I Doodle on skin?

Please don't try to draw on skin with the 3Doodler Create+. You’ll burn yourself!

The 3Doodler Start Eco-Plastic is completely safe for skin contact, making it the perfect tool for creating wearable creations such as jewelry, masks, glasses, and even earrings! The 3Doodler Start nozzle may be uncomfortable for some, so we don't recommend pressing the nozzle directly on skin. Please take care not to get the warm Eco-Plastic in your hair as it will be very hard to remove.

  • Does the 3Doodler Create have variable speeds?

    Yes! The 3Doodler Create has two speeds, fast and slow. These determine the flow of the plastic and allow you to doodle large items and fill a large area at pace, or doodle intricate and delicate details (as well as drawing in the air). You can switch between the two speeds by choosing to press either the FAST button or SLOW doodle button on the body of the pen.

  • Can I use the 3Doodler Start to Doodle on fabrics, glass or wood?

    Yes! The Eco-Plastic adheres to many surfaces, including fabrics, glass, wood or metal. It will not adhere permanently and can still be removed by hand. This pen can also be used for temporarily decorating clothing. It’s best to Doodle on rough fabrics such as denim. Please don't Doodle on fragile as they may become damaged. Because the 3Doodler Start's low temperature, Doodling directly on laminated coffee tables, flooring, and countertops will not damage the surface. The Eco-Plastic will firmly bond to some plastics like polycarbonate and PET, but is still removable with effort (it may leave marks). Doodling on textured…

  • Can I use the 3Doodler Start with my Create DoodlePad or other 3Doodler Create Accessories?

    No, the 3Doodler Start is not compatible with any of the 3Doodler 1.0, 2.0, or Create products or accessories, including Plastic Strands, DoodlePad, Nozzle Set, JetPack, Doodlestand, or Pedal. The only exception is the Project Book, which we encourage using for 3Doodler Start projects too.
