I used a strand of plastic, reversed it, and then decided to change colors. Can I reuse the original strand of unused plastic?

Yes of course, but before inserting the used strand into the 3Doodler, please cut the tip of the strand so that it has a clean edge. This will help prevent jamming and other issues.

    Simply double click the large Feed Button (Stop / Start Button) to reverse a plastic strand when you want to switch color or when you’re ready to stop using the pen.

    One plastic strand stretches to a maximum of ten times its original length once extruded by the pen. Start Eco-plastic strands are 6 inches / 15 cm long, meaning you'll get around 60 inches / 150cm of Doodling. Create+ / PRO+ plastic strands are cut at 10 inches / 25cm in length, providing you with around 100 inches / 250cm of Doodling - allowing for hours of play in each pack!
