My dog chewed on the power cord! How do I get it replaced?

You should be able to get one at your local electronics store.

For the 3Doodler Create+ (and the Create/2.0), take the pen you have with you and ask for a 5V, 1.2A replacement with the same DC connector.

For the 3Doodler PRO+, take the pen you have with you and ask for a 5V, 2A replacement with the same DC connector.

The 3Doodler Start works with a micro USB cable, so you can find one at your local electronics store, or you may already have one at your house!

  • How do I unclog the 3Doodler PRO+?

    Make sure your 3Doodler PRO+ is turned on and heated up to the proper temperature for the material in your pen. Once it is, carefully remove the nozzle with the nozzle removal tool. After it has been removed, insert the unblocking tool in through the pen tip and engage the reverse function. This should push any clogged material out of the back of the pen, thus clearing any clogs. Note that you can also remove the magnetic maintenance panel for greater access to the feeding mechanisms.
